Villa Chan Grajang, an exceptionally high-end luxury villa rental located in the most desirable Surin Hill in Phuket, Thailand, is a three minute-drive from Surin Beach, and a half an hour drive from Phuket International Airport. Designed with luxury living in mind, Villa Chan Grajang has two villas, each having its own swimming pool, with a total area of a very extravagant 2,200 square meters. Villa 1 has four en-suite double bedrooms while Villa 2 has two en-suite double bedrooms. The villa can be rented for 12 people using all six bedrooms, or may be rented by a single couple. The villa has parking that can accommodate six cars.
Boasting an eclectic mix of Asian and Western furnishings, this luxury villa rental features an enormous living room (sala) with panoramic sea views, beautifully-landscaped gardens, a snooker room, fitness room, an entertainment or cinema room, spacious balconies, and western kitchen. A sitting room on the upper level of the villa opens out and can be a perfect venue for entertaining friends or just to relax before dinner. Four of the six bedrooms have their own deck areas for a fantastic outdoor view of beautiful Surin and the sea that surrounds Phuket, Thailand. When the outdoors is not an option, a snooker room and an entertainment room will help pass the time away. Or one can hit the fully-functional gym for a light workout.
Living up to the standards of lavish living, this luxury villa rental is equipped with all the modern amenities such as Bose sound system for the indoor and outdoor living areas, iPod docks, DVD and CD players in the major bedrooms. The children are provided with a 30-meter all-weather chipping and putting area in the lower lawn, and extensive playing areas in the lawn.

Villa Chan Grajang is set high on the Ayara Surin private villa estate on Surin Hill, an area which has become home to a number of exclusive villa developments. The inviting white sands of Surin Beach are just a five-minute walk beyond the villa enclave, while a mix of nearby shops, resorts and restaurants offer anything from simple noodle stands to five-star eateries and spas; from cheap souvenirs sold by roving vendors on the beach to upscale antique and clothing shops. A ten-minute walk towards Bang Tao takes you to The Plaza Surin, a boutique shopping centre with a French restaurant called Opus One.
