This beach villa rental comprises a 2-storey main building and an adjacent separate guest building. It is stunningly furnished with many antiques and richly decorated to reflect Thai/Balinese architecture. And more than a fusion of old and new, the entire villa is skewed towards current and present-day stylish living that is, at the same time, distinctively and unmistakably Asian. Baan Buaa has been designed to reflect tropical indoor and outdoor living and offers a peaceful and luxurious setting for your tropical island holiday in Samui. The villa is only a few steps away from the white sand of Nahai Beach and offers sea and beach views from the upstairs bedrooms and balconies.

LOCATION

Situated just steps away from the beach, Baan Buaa Beachside Villa boasts a luxurious 3-bedroom Thai-style villa with an outdoor pool, a sun terrace and an outdoor shower. It is 1.5 km from Samui Aquarium and 4.3 km from the famous Grandfather and Grandmother Stone. The villa is a 15-minute drive from Lamai City Center and Na Muang Waterfall I. Samui Airport is approximately 20 km away from the property.

THE LAYOUTS

The villa has two living areas. The indoor living room complements the outdoor living space. The terrace doors can be opened to form a living area for social occasions. For entertainment options there is a large 50 inch plasma TV with DVD player & DVD movie library and a comprehensive live TV international channel package (True Visions Gold). Here, you can all gather to catch the latest episode of your favorite show. There are also two dining areas. The indoor dining area has a table good for eight where the day’s scrumptious meals can be served right from the fully-equipped, modern kitchen nearby. The counter between the dining area and the kitchen can also double as a bar where all kinds of drinks can be prepared. Provided with high chairs, this is one other place to mingle and mix. Sliding glass doors open out to a covered terrace reserved for the al fresco dining area where you can hold an impromptu barbecue party. For some lazy lounging and me-time, you’ll surely find a comfortable spot under the semi-open sala at the far end of the swimming pool.

ROOMS

There are two bedrooms on the villa’s upper floor. One of them is the master bedroom, both have king-sized double beds, walk in dressing room, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with furniture overlooking to the pool area. Like all bathrooms in the villa, the master bathroom is fitted with double washbasins, with dual sinks and rain showers, and a wc. The beach and the open sea. A third bedroom is housed on a separate building on the ground floor. It has a queen-sized bed and a dedicated bathroom. It also opens out to a furnished covered terrace and has direct access to the pool area and to an outdoor shower.
